A true specialist on the tech side in the telecommunications business, Rich has the ability to create, strategically build, install, maintain and repair anything that comes his way. Plus, he's a master on the grill!

Graduating from Porter and Chester Institute in computer technology, Rich began his career at Lorrain Products as an installer. He installed rectifiers, inverters, power boards, battery plants, buss bar and cabling that powered telephone company central offices, microwave and fiber optic repeater sites. He then joined the team at Verizon Wireless working his way up the ladder from wireless telephone switch technician to switching supervisor to being involved in special projects implementations. He then became a principal engineer - translations.

Who better to head up our operations and maintenance of our Broadworks platform, VMware, vSphere environment and Sansay SBCs? We are very lucky to have Rich as part of our Universal Connectivity team.
